The appearance of the blend may vary; harvests produce varying products. Nature loves to surprise us! Do you think you have more or less than your last purchase? Don't worry. The quantity, in grams, is the same!

Precautions

• Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

• Avoid for children under 6 years old.

For children aged 6 and over, 1 teaspoon of the blend will suffice.

Instructions

1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tablespoon of herbal tea.

2. Let steep for 10 to 15 minutes, covered.

3. Strain, enjoy, then conquer your day!

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum), oat stalks (Avena sativa), Quebec nettle (Urtica dioica).
