Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 3-4 business days. During busy periods, this may extend to 7 business days during peak times. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Once orders are shipped, allow 2-3 days for delivery. This timeframe may vary during busy periods. 🚀
Rates
- Orders under $129.99 (+ taxes, after discount or promotion): $10.99*
- Orders over $129.99 (+ taxes, after discount or promotion): free shipping*
*Les Mauvaises Herbes reserves the right not to honor its shipping price policy in certain specific cases (remote areas, post office boxes, carrier strikes, etc.). In such cases, an additional charge may be requested, even if your order exceeds $129.99
Lost or Damaged Packages, Delivery Errors
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages or delivery errors caused by our carriers. Please check your address when ordering. A return fee of $10.99 + taxes applies if the package is returned due to an address error.

Returns
All purchases are final sales.
Les Mauvaises Herbes guarantees the quality of its products. We recommend that our customers inspect their order upon receipt. In case of a defect, an exchange or a credit note (for the value of the items at the time of purchase) may be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Proof of purchase will be required. After this period, items are no longer eligible for an exchange or a credit note.
