Our Digestion herbal tea, made with peppermint, rosemary, and lemon balm, is one of those rituals we reserve for after hearty (and very pleasant) meals.

The appearance of the blend may vary; harvests yield varying products. Nature loves to surprise us! Do you think you have more or less than your last purchase? Don't worry. The quantity, in grams, is the same!

Precautions

• Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

• Avoid for children 6 years and under.
  

For children 7 years and older, 1 teaspoon of the mixture will suffice.

Instructions

1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tablespoon of herbal tea.

2. Let steep for 10 to 15 minutes, covered.

3. Strain, then enjoy.
