Inspired by the cycles of the moon, this enveloping herbal tea blends raspberry leaf, nettle, and yarrow into a gentle and comforting infusion. The Moon herbal tea was designed with a ritualistic approach oriented toward well-being.

Instructions
1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tbsp of herbal tea.
2. Steep covered for 15 minutes.
3. Strain and drink hot or cold.
To fully enjoy the infusion, you can drink it 2 to 4 times a day, starting a few days before your moon cycle begins.
You can also choose to prepare up to 1 liter of tea and sip it slowly throughout the day.
Ingredients
Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), yarrow (Achillea millefolium), nettle (Urtica dioica), rose petals (Rosa centifolia).
