Instructions

For 1 cup of herbal tea

1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tbsp of herbal tea.

2. Let steep for 10 to 15 minutes, covered.

3. Add 1 tsp of unpasteurized honey, if desired.

4. Strain, drink slowly... and inhale.

To fully enjoy this infusion, consume between 3 and 4 cups a day when desired.
