Instructions

For 1 cup of herbal tea

1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tablespoon of herbal tea.

2. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes, covered.

3. Add 1 teaspoon of unpasteurized honey, if desired.

4. Strain, drink slowly... and inhale.

To fully enjoy this infusion, consume 3 to 4 cups a day whenever you feel like it.
