Our winter syrup blend was specifically developed to provide support during the cold season, and it brings together three key plants for this purpose.

• Elderberry: a well-known small berry, elderberry is at the heart of this blend as a pillar. Deeply associated with winter, it embodies a discreet and reassuring strength.

• Marshmallow: known for its softness, it provides a round and soothing texture that pleasantly envelops the throat and breath.

• Astragalus: evoking passages, thresholds, moments when one season gently gives way to another, it brings a gentle depth and a sense of constancy to the heart of this blend.

Precautions

Instructions

This blend allows you to make approximately 250 ml of syrup, which you will then refrigerate.

1. Pour 500 ml of water over the syrup blend, i.e., the entire contents of the bag.

2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat.

3. Simmer for 20 minutes, then strain. Press the plants well to extract as much syrup as possible.

3. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of unpasteurized honey, if desired.

4. Store for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator, in an airtight container.

Usage

• Adults: 1 tablespoon up to 3 times a day, when desired. Can also be integrated into a seasonal routine, at a rate of 1 tablespoon per day.

• Children 8 years and older: 1 teaspoon up to 3 times a day, when desired. Can also be integrated into a seasonal routine, at a rate of 1 teaspoon per day.
