Rainbow lemonade - lavender and rosemary

A... rainbow lemonade? That's right, let yourself enjoy life's simple pleasures and whip up an ultra-refreshing AND gorgeous drink for the summer. The plants it contains will cause this lemonade to change from blue to pink, right before the amazed eyes of your guests. It's sorcery, we tell you.

The appearance of the mixture may vary; harvests yield products that vary. Nature likes to surprise us! Think you have more or less than your last purchase? Don't worry. The quantity, in grams, is the same!

Instructions

For 1 liter of lemonade:

• Pour 1 L of simmering water over 3 to 4 tbsp of the lemonade mixture

• Steep for 3 to 4 minutes.

• Let cool, then sweeten to taste.

When ready to serve...

• Before serving, gently pour the juice of 2 to 3 lemons into the cold infusion.
  

• Close your eyes and enjoy the "Oohs" and "Aahs" from your guests, captivated by the colorful spectacle.
