Our rose and chamomile nighttime latte is delicious and comforting. At dusk,
you'll only need to infuse our blend of rose and chamomile, two relaxing plants, into your favorite plant-based drink to welcome sleep beautifully.
Also available: blue nighttime latte - lavender & holy basil

For young children aged 2 to 7, make the blend with 1 tsp of the plant mixture.
How to make it
For 1 cup of pink nighttime latte...
1. Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of hot plant-based drink or milk over 1 tablespoon of the plant mixture.
2. Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Strain, then add 1/8 tsp of beetroot powder and mix. ***The beetroot powder is in a transparent bag, directly inside the bag!***
4. Sweeten to taste and enjoy.
5. Go to bed.
