Usage & Dosage
As it can be irritating in its pure state, it is diluted to a maximum concentration (in other vegetable oils) of 10% in facial formulations and 20% in body formulations.

J’adore cette huile elle est très polyvalente et une pépite d’or à avoir sous la main!
Je me suis confectionné un sérum avec cette huile, elle désinfecte bien la peau grasse et prévient un peu les boutons
Pour être certaine, je me demandais si j’ajoutais 10% d’huile de nigelle dans une autre huile, ou si j’ajoutais 10% d’une autre huile dans l’huile de Nigelle? Merci! (Pour le visage, par exemple)
C'est 10% d'huile de nigelle et 90% d'une autre huile!
