It can solidify at low temperatures, which does not affect its quality. Simply run it under lukewarm or hot water to liquefy it.

Storage

Neem oil solidifies below 14°C. Don't panic if the oil is frozen in the bottle upon receipt. Place the bottle (without its cap) in a saucepan containing boiling water to create a double boiler.

Heat on very low heat until the oil has melted. Replace the cap once the oil has returned to room temperature.
