Yes, some physical and emotional discomfort is expected during the hormonal fluctuations of the menstrual cycle, but Premenstrual Syndrome (the infamous PMS) should NOT ruin your life every month.

Through this workshop-lecture developed by our naturopath, Natacha Rouette, we invite you to rediscover your cycle and acquire the knowledge needed to understand your needs. A better balance is what awaits you.

This workshop is open to people of all genders wishing to learn more about the hormonal cycle and menstruation.

We will chat about…

– the hormonal phenomena at play during the different phases of the cycle,
– the causes underlying PMS-related symptoms,
– the plants & essential oils recommended to relieve menstrual pain and balance mood,
– our dietary advice : foods and nutrients to include to soothe your symptoms,
– plenty of exclusive bonus recipes featuring balancing natural ingredients.

The workshop-lecture also includes making a relaxing massage oil to soothe menstrual cramps (which you will take home with you!)

Our wish? That this space be informative and transformative, and that it serves to empower you. It will be followed by a deep reflection that will allow you to reconnect at your own pace and support your cycle with simple and wise practices.

What to expect:

– Where: at our storefront located at 6260 St-Hubert Street, Montreal.

– Duration: approximately 1.5 hours

– Participants will receive a confirmation email the day before the workshop.

The workshop-lecture includes

– 20% off all in-store purchases (the day of the workshop only).

– a relaxing and soothing aromatherapeutic massage oil (30 ml),

– a handout summarizing the information learned during the lecture, plus recipes to make at home (you'll want to make them all!),

– a medicinal plant-based beverage to enjoy on-site.

Cancellation Policy

By the client: no refunds.

Your attendance at the workshop can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the workshop time: the value of your workshop will then be given back to you as a credit for the online store and the storefront.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop date and time will be considered absences (no credit).
