How to use

Herbal tea

1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tablespoon of herbal tea.

2. Let steep for 10 to 15 minutes, covered.

3. Strain, enjoy... then nail your day (or your philosophy exam)!

Apply to wrists and/or neck.
