How to use

Herbal tea

1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tbsp of herbal tea.

2. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes covered.

3. Strain, enjoy... then relax.

Essential oil roll-on

Apply to wrists and/or neck.

Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and for children under 2 years old. For children aged 2 to 7, 1 tsp of the blend will be sufficient.
