Aromatherapy 101 - Introduction to Essential Oils | In-person Workshop-Conference

Are you interested in essential oils but don't know where to start? Do you wish you could spend more time in our shop every time you visit? Here's your chance to enjoy a wonderful moment, fully immersed (with your nose!) in our world.

In this workshop-conference developed by our naturopath, Natacha Rouette (who has nearly 300 hours of aromatherapy training), you will learn the basics of using essential oils:

• The different uses of essential oils in cosmetics and body and hair care,

• demystifying what an essential oil is (and isn't!), and how to assess its quality,

• precautions and safety: how to use them,

• the use of our 9 favorite essential oils (true lavender, rose geranium, petitgrain bigarade, ho wood, palmarosa, tea tree, ylang-ylang, Italian helichrysum, cistus ladanifer)

• Making a personalized roll-on

• Where: at our storefront located at 6260, rue St-Hubert, in Montreal. We recommend arriving 15 minutes in advance to allow time to settle in and explore the shop.

• Duration : 2 h 30 to 3 h

• Participants will receive an email the day before the workshop. This email will contain all the necessary information for participating in the workshop-conference.

The workshop-conference includes

• A document summarizing the information learned in the course.

• All materials needed to make an essential oil roll-on.

• An herbal tea or a little tea!

• 20% discount on everything in the shop (on the day of the workshop only). The shop will remain open at the end of the workshop so you can do your shopping.

Cancellation Policy

By the client: no refund.

Your attendance at the workshop can be canceled up to 48 hours before the date and time of the workshop: the value of your workshop will then be given back to you as store credit on the online shop and at the storefront.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop date and time will be considered no-shows (no credit).

By Les Mauvaises Herbes: we reserve the right to cancel the workshop up to 48 hours before the day of the workshop if we do not meet a minimum number of registrations. In this case, each registered participant will be refunded 100%.
