Winter Comfort Herbal Tea

For 1 cup of herbal tea

1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tbsp of herbal tea.

2. Let steep for 10 to 15 minutes, covered.

3. Add 1 tsp of unpasteurized honey, if desired.

4. Strain, drink slowly... and inhale.

To fully enjoy this infusion, consume 3 to 4 cups per day as desired.

Winter Syrup Blend

Instructions

This blend allows you to make approximately 250 ml of syrup, which you will then refrigerate.

1. Pour 500 ml of water over the syrup blend, which is the entire contents of the bag.

2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat.

3. Simmer for 20 minutes, then strain. Press the plants well to extract the maximum amount of syrup.

3. Add 2 to 3 tbsp of unpasteurized honey, if desired.

4. Store for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator, in an airtight container.

Usage

• Adults: 1 tbsp up to 3 times a day, as desired. Can also be integrated into a seasonal routine, at 1 tbsp per day.

• Children aged 8 and over: 1 tsp up to 3 times a day, as desired. Can also be integrated into a seasonal routine, at 1 tsp per day.

Plantain (Plantago lanceolata), marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), yarrow (Achillea millefolium), thyme (Thymus vulgaris).

Winter Syrup Blend · elderberry & marshmallow (makes approx. 250 ml of syrup)

Elderberry (Sumbucus nigrum), marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), astragalus (Astragalus mambranaceus).
