For us, doing DIY projects with our kids and introducing them to a minimalist and eco-friendly lifestyle along the way is essential!
Whether it's spring break, during the holidays, or any other time when routine goes out the window, it's the perfect opportunity to connect, have a laugh, and do little experiments together.
We've rounded up our best recipes to make with our darling offspring to inspire you and create beautiful moments where mess, wonder, and happiness form the greatest recipe of all. A bit cheesy, but we own it haha!
Warning: all these recipes must be made under the kind supervision of an adult!

HOMEMADE PLAYDOUGH
Skeptical? Well, get ready to be proven wrong! The texture and appearance of homemade playdough are identical to the store-bought version of this timeless toy. Even your nose won't know the difference.
The ingredients? Flour, salt, water, and… cream of tartar! You can find this ingredient at the grocery store (bulk stores often carry it!). For color, we use food coloring or natural dyes (spices and very fine plant powders, for example).
The recipe we've tested is the one from Ricardo. We love it!
